Almond Butter “Tahini”

INGREDIENTS
Almond Butter “Tahini”
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ cup ice water
- Kosher salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Almond Butter “Tahini”
- Stir almond butter thoroughly, as oil and solids tend to separate.
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin.
- Add ½ cup water; whisk until emulsified. Season with salt, to taste.
